Staying healthy as you age is vitally important today. This includes keeping your brain, thinking skills, and mind as strong and fit as you can.

You are most likely experiencing the normal signs of aging – things experienced by most everyone in their 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s.
There were nearly 50 million residents of the United States age 65 and older in 2016, accounting for 15.2% of the population (US Census, 2017). Baby Boomers are THRIVING and it’s a vibrant time in life.
It's also especially important to do what we can in our 40's and 50's so that we live long healthy lives, especially when it comes to our brain health.
Much like it is important to check-up on your blood pressure
and cholesterol, it is important to understand how you are doing from a brain
health standpoint. Science is becoming wiser and we know more and more about
how to keep the brain healthy and sharp.
This is why we have created the Brain Health Check-up program – to give you knowledge, and support your understanding of your brain functioning, and to help you make positive choices towards having a healthy brain!
We offer an assessment and personalized program to empower you and help you understand your unique aging profile.
In some cases, people are experiencing changes above and beyond the normal aging process. We can help uncover this and guide you in the direction of clinical and medical support. Our team is here to support you every step of the way.
For every situation, we provide expert assessment, education, and recommendations to help you live the best brain-healthy life possible.

Here’s How We Organize It…
MONTH 1: Cognitive Health Check-Up
The first part of your personalized program includes an assessment of your cognitive skills, or thinking abilities. This involves paper-and-pencil tests that assess your memory, attention, language, visual skills, and complex thinking.
You will answer questions about your medical and psychological health.
You will complete a lifestyle factors assessment that provides information about your risk for experiencing problems as you age.
You will receive a detailed and customized report and personalized feedback that guides the remainder of your consultations that will support your unique strengths and weaknesses including suggestions that focus on areas that decrease risk and maximize your brain health.
The assessment, which includes an interview and testing, will take approximately 3 hours.
Within the following 2 weeks you will return for a 45-minute Feedback session and receive your personalized report with detailed information about your cognitive profile and recommendations specific to you. This will jumpstart your path to brain health and wellness! We will help you stay accountable to making changes towards a lifestyle that supports a healthy brain.
MONTH 2: Brain Health &
This fun 1-hour consultation will review the factors that contribute to brain health, including lifestyle strategies for maintaining sharp thinking skills.
You will join our knowledgeable specialist in a session that emphasizes areas specific to your lifestyle, strengths, and risks.
Taken from science and the research literature, the topics covered include nutrition, exercise, sleep, creativity, and mindfulness.
You will walk away with resources and a plan designed to keep your brain and mind healthy and strong!
MONTH 3: Top Ten Tips
You will next meet with an expert in a 1-hour session to learn strategies to maximize your cognitive sharpness, efficiency, and success in everyday life.
Your conversation will be personalized based on the results from your Module 1 Brain Health Check-up.
This cognitive training session focuses on memory, attention & focus, and communication skills. You will receive exercises and strategies designed to support cognitive skills in daily life.
MONTH 4: Peace of Mind - Planning for the Future
Aging can be lively and exciting, and also full of transition and change!
This 1-hour consultation with an aging and care-planning expert will provide information and resources that ensure confidence with making plans for finances, living situation, health care, and end of life decisions.
You will receive resources specific to your situation and needs. This session will help you make sure you are in tip-top shape and have peace of mind for your future.
BONUS: Clear & Calm Mindfulness Class
As a bonus, we invite you to join our Clear & Calm monthly mindfulness class with a practitioner specialized in using mindfulness.
These 75-minute monthly classes are focused learning ways to optimize brain health, reduce stress, and live with more presence in your life.
Each class focused on a different mindfulness topic and includes experiential exercises and mindful lifestyle practices for you to use in daily life.
Post-Program Touch Base
After completion of your program, we’ll meet with you to check-in, answer questions, and support your Healthy Brain strategies. We are here for you!
At the end of your 4-month program, you will have the option of joining our Healthy Brain Maintenance program, with the option to repeat the program offerings and meet with us regularly so we can help you maintain your brain wellness strategies. This can be customized to meet your specific needs and goals.
All modules are provided via one-on-one consultation with our skilled providers. Our guidance is backed by clinical expertise and what we know from the scientific literature.
The Healthy Brain Program includes services provided by licensed and graduate-level trained experts in the fields of behavior health, neuroscience, neuropsychology, aging, speech-language pathology, and cognition. Our philosophy is to improve and enhance the quality of life of people with a compassionate and supportive approach.

The full price of the program includes 4 personalized sessions, 10 hours of face-to-face consultation, individualized reports, resources and materials prepared specifically for you, and a year of attendance to our Mindfulness Class.
Because of the personalized and customized aspect of this program, it is not covered by insurance and the cost is covered out-of-pocket by those who participate. We do not submit a claim to your insurance company for payment. The evaluation and your participation is completely confidential and you can decide if you want the information sent to your physician team. We are happy to provide you with receipt of your payment that you can submit for reimbursement from your HSA or Flexible Spending Account depending on your benefits. We also accept most HSA and Flexible Spending Account cards for payment.
